Dales Marine Services Ltd. provide the following services and facilities:

Services

Weld procedures and welders qualified in carbon steel, low temperature carbon steel, stainless steel, Kunifer, Incoloy 825, RQT 701, 6% Mo, ANSI 4130 and dissimilar metals.

• MMA, Tig and semi-automatic welding processes.
• Plate profiling and rolling.
• Machine shop with turning, drilling, boring and milling capabilities.
• Facilities for assembly, testing and commissioning of equipment.
• Engineering and Draughting support.
• Provision of qualified and experienced personnel for site and Offshore repair, maintenance and installation work.

Dales Marine Services Ltd. also provide the following services through approved subcontractors:

• NDT: Gamma radiography, X-ray, MPI, D/PEN and UT.
• Radiography Compound.
• Heat Treatment: Preheat and PWHT.
• Coating: Paint systems, galvanising and specialist coatings.
• Pressure Testing.
• IP6/BS4515, pigging and gauging.
• Load Testing: to 200 tonne.
• Transportation: Large or heavy loads.

Dales Marine Services Limited. (Aberdeen)

Aberdeen consists of a 2 acre site with 8000sq feet of workshops with extensive storage and office facilities. Montrose has a 2000sq foot workshop. Leith consists of a 3 acre site with 4000sq feet of workshop with extensive storage and office facilities
