Dales Marine Services Ltd were asked to convert a standard supply vessel into a Class A Standby vessel to work in the North Sea.

The vessel had come across from Canada and entered our dry dock to have general maintenance carried out along with change of colour to suit new clients. The dry docking was done prior the conversion works which were done alongside in Port.

Scope of Work

Full hull cleaning, prep and paint changing vessel from blue to clients colour orange
Anodes and underwater surveys carried out and replaced where required
General maintenance during docking with mechanical, electrical and steelwork carried out
Fabricated and fitted new daughter craft foundation and fitted into existing bulwarks
Fabricated 40te, 17m x 7m module to house 20 x beds, toilets and 62 seats
Complete outfitting done in house with new toilets, showers, sinks and fittings all fitted and tested
