Vessel Maintenance - VOS Famous

Dales Marine Services recently welcomed back Vos Famous to our Aberdeen facility for scheduled maintenance work. The Standby Safety Vessel required a range of technical services to ensure optimal performance and longevity.

Our skilled Engineering and Dry Dock specialist teams worked hard to ensure she can return to full service, having undergone key work scopes including:

• Hull survey
• Full vessel wash & paint
• Ship valves overhaul
• Engine works
• Box cooler wash
• Anodes Exchange
• Tail shaft removal and new liners installed
• Rudders removed and new bushing on port side
• Blade seal change

Upon completion, Vos Famous was fully restored to peak operational condition, ready for a safe and efficient return to service. This project highlights Dales Marine's commitment to delivering high-quality, tailored maintenance solutions for the marine industry.
