Repair work finished to Cramond and Dalmeny

Cramond and Dalmeny are two of the largest sea going tugs which are managed by Targe Towing. They operate around Hound Point and assist large tankers that travel up the River Forth to remove oil from the terminal.

Cramond arrived at Leith at the end of October for the removal and replacement of the DN100 and DNS125 hydraulic pipe work which was tested and completed in early November. The repair was successful and efficient. Dalmeny also arrived in Leith for the same repairs and all testing was satisfactory and completed to schedule.
