Sound of Soay receives full works

RoRo passenger and vehicle ferry, MV Sound of Soay, owned and operated by Western Ferries was built by Cammell Laird in 2013. Measuring at 50m x 13.5m, the vessel can carry 40 cars and 220 passengers at 12 knots, on the busy Gourock to Dunoon crossing. The vessel docked at Garvel for an annual survey, hull paintwork and fender and steelwork repairs.
